About Sheryl

Achieved Life-Time Multi-Million Dollar award status as a realtor in Cleveland, TN. with 14 years experience in real estate in this market area. In my prior career I was in bank lending receiving Annual Top Producer Awards for several years. My favorite loans were construction loans, refinances of homes and home equity loans so real estate was my natural progression when I left banking. I treat my clients as I would want our family to be treated.

This experience gives me a unique perspective in helping my clients achieve their goals of selling their homes for top dollar, with least amount of "hassle". As well as my buyer clients who seek the most value for the next home they wish to purchase. Currently I only represent clients in their pursuit of buying and/or selling homes as a licensed Real Estate agent.
