About Tina
I began my career as a part-time, unlicensed assistant and decided to get my real estate license in 2012. I was a single mom with two very active girls. At the same time I was obtaining my license, I married Chris and doubled the size of our family. I guess you could say I reinvented myself. I have grown exponentially as a person and as a professional. I was a buyer's agent on a team for the first year during which time I also became licensed in GA. I went solo and continued my education by obtaining my GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) certification, my broker's license in 2017 and multiple other designations and certifications.
I became the Managing Broker of the new Weichert Realtors, SEM Associates office in Cleveland which became Weichert Realtors - The Space Place in July of 2025. Since becoming broker, we have joined Mainstreet Cleveland, been involved with community charity events, supported local school programs, volunteered for local non-profits, and we are always searching for ways to be more involved in our community. I have served on the Education Committee, Community Outreach Committee, the Grievance Committee, served on the MLS Board for multiple years and was the 2022 President of the River Counties MLS Board of Directors. I currently sit on the River Counties Board of Directors and am on the state Professional Standards Committee. But I'm most proud of being a Grammy to 4 beautiful grandbabies as well as being a member of the Cleveland Lions Club. I'd love to tell you more about that!
